Most of the websites that are included on this page have an aim towards the primary grades. Many of the links also provide websites where students can either listen to reading or read online for free. The aim of this specific page is to provide parents with ways to encourage their students to read more and provide them with easy to access and free resources for reading in the home.

Teach Your Monster to ReadTeach Your Monster To Read is a free website and app (coming soon) that helps students learn letters and their corresponding sounds as well as digraphs and blends. It also teaches sight words to students. It does all of this in a highly engaging manner with great graphics and an enjoyable story to help motivate students to learn.
Epic!Epic! provides access to over 10,000 books for young student_s below the age of 12. This website has an app and is free for educators. It costs five dollars per month for parent accounts. This website and app has tons of online books that students can either read or listen to.

RazKids/Headsprout (KidsA-Z)RazKids/Headsprout is a paid subscription service that provides thousands of books at differing levels. These levels range from pre-k to 5th grade. The website offers comprehension questions after reading each book as well. The website has a great app as well. It can read books out loud to students as well.
Storyline OnlineStoryline Online provides videos of famous actors and actresses reading great children's books out loud. This website is free and can be accessed online by anyone.

MobyMaxMobyMax is a subscription service that provides modules across many different subject areas including reading, math, and social studies. It has a built in incentive system as well as an app, The modules are broken up by lesson and students can progress along the lessons and earn badges when they have completed a certain amount of lessons.
